XT-Quest Recon - Black/Black-Bluing
The XT-Quest is a chimera of sorts, merging two classic Salomon styles of quite different breeds. This recon version pays homage to alpine gear from recon missions in a dark, icy blue representing the cold extremes.
The uppers are formed from the original XT-Wings the first of the brand's iconic trail running shoes. The 4D Chassis sole unit is taken from the XT boot, workhorse that has reliably transported hikers to all corners of the world. In a way you can think of them as the 'mullet' in the range, with the uppers bringing the party up top whilst the durable outsoles are all business down below.
